For oily, acne-prone skin choose the anti-acne line (Acnotin, Azexo Pure Gel, Azelaic Gel). For dry skin — Bioplasma Nutri and Restructuring Cream. For sensitive — the Calming series. For mature skin — the anti-age products with exosomes, peptides and collagen. If unsure, call us for a free consultation.
How do I combine the products?+
Follow the order: cleansing (milk or foam) → toner → serum or ampoule → cream. Use retinol products only in the evening, and always finish with SPF50 sun protection in the morning. Each product has guidance in its “How to Use” section.
How does delivery work?+
We ship nationwide via Speedy — to a Speedy office for €2.99 or to your address for €3.49. Orders over €49.90 ship free. Orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days; orders before 2 PM are processed the same day.
Can I return the product?+
Yes — within 14 days of receipt, provided the packaging is unopened and the product unused.
